Serving the Memphis community for nearly 30 years, Church Health provides healthcare for the working uninsured and promotes healthy bodies and spirits for all. After years of growth and expansion, decentralized services and outreach have been brought together again under one roof in Crosstown Concourse. Church Health includes administrative and executive offices, a 62-exam-room medical clinic, teaching kitchen, fitness/wellness facility, eye care, child life, physical therapy, behavioral health, pool, and chapel - every tool and support for well-rounded good health. Planned to appeal to all walks of life by providing a sense of comfort and warmth, the environment offers the flexibility to grow and adapt with the changing needs of the community.

Phase one of this long-awaited project is underway with the partial demolition of the blighted Towery Building. The first phase will transform the building into a $24-million mixed-use project containing 173 apartments, parking, and ground-floor retail. A second phase will include 26,500 square feet of commercial space, including the renovation of a 17,800-square-foot strip shopping center. Phase one construction began late 2017.

Located in an infill neighborhood designed to maintain major trees and work with topography, each home in this Nashville neighborhood is unique and different.
Designed for empty-nester, pre-retiree couple shifting lifestyle from a previous larger family sized home. Indoor-outdoor relationships, abundance of balanced natural light, easy flow and circulations, while maintaining function and size for both entertaining extended family and guests, and daily living drove the program.
While not obvious, the home incorporates universal design principles and functions throughout.

Located in the heart of Dallas, The Hill Shopping Center (1977) is undergoing dramatic change as it has not been renovated or restored for the last 40 years. The 236,050 square-foot mixed-use building will be redesigned to meet the growing demand for retail and restaurant experience that provide a sense of place for the Lake Highlands neighborhood. Anchoring the development is the Austin-based TreeHouse green home improvement store, which will span 25,000 square feet. TreeHouse will be 100 percent off-the-grid, storing energy in Tesla’s solar-powered batteries. The store is also the only retailer of Tesla’s PowerWall battery. The Hill will also be the first location the Dallas Metroplex with Tesla super charging stations with 12 on-site stations.

D. Canale & Co., a Memphis-based food and beverage wholesale distributor that has been in operation for 140 years, has developed an ambitious project that has transformed a 1920s-era downtown warehouse into a whiskey and vodka distillery. The project features a working state-of-the-art distillery, including barrel storage and aging areas, and an area for visitors who want to learn more about Old Dominick and the history of D. Canale. The visitor area will include a tasting room, gift shop, spaces for events, roof terrace and a third-party restaurant.
