'RHOBH' Cast: What Denise Richards Will Bring to the Table
Fitting in! Denise Richards ‘ Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costars have nothing but nice things to say about her. Before They Were Real Housewives! The Wild Things star was joined by Teddi Mellencamp , Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley and Camille Grammer at the Friday, September 14, premiere of The Toybox in Hollywood, where the reality stars shared their first impressions of the show’s newest cast member . “The thing about Denise is that she’s really chill and down to earth. But she will stand up for herself,” Grammer, 50, told Us Weekly exclusively, adding: “She won’t start the drama.” Girardi agreed. “I really like Denise. Denise is very cool,” she said. “She’s been around a very long time. She knows what’s important and what isn’t.” Former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Stars: Where Are They Now? The Erika Jayne performer, 47, expects fans to be pleasantly caught off guard by what Richards brings to the series: “I think you’ll see her as very levelheaded. And actually very bright. Because she says some things sometimes that are very unexpected that sum up ideas very quickly. I think you’d be surprised at some of the insights she really has.” Kemsley chimed in with similar sentiments. “She’s such a cool girl. She’s so down to earth,” she told Us. “I really connect with her … We have a blossoming friendship. We check in all the time. I’ve really enjoyed her! I’m really happy she’s on the cast.” The 42-year-old reality star emphasized that the Saturday at the Starlight actress is “very easy to get along with” and has “a great heart” before adding: “I’ll be honest, I haven’t seen anything but beauty in her.” Richards also opened up at the premiere about how she managed to pull off her last-minute wedding to now-husband Aaron Phypers. Celebrity Weddings of 2018 “I didn’t put it together. Mindy Weiss, who is an amazing wedding planner,” Richards, 47, told Extra. “If it weren’t for her, we’d be married probably in our garage or something. She is amazing.” Richards and Phypers tied the knot in Malibu on September 8, just one day after Us confirmed their engagement . A source revealed to Us exclusively that the couple had actually been engaged since January . The actress explained the significance behind her wedding date. “September 8th means a lot to my … husband! My husband! Means infinity, the number eight,” she noted. “We just said, ‘You know what? Let’s just do it.’ Threw it together and it was fun that we didn’t have to make certain decisions and make it about that instead of the hoopla of the wedding.” Richards mentioned that her daughters — she shares two kids, Sam, 14, and Lola, 13, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and is also mom of Eloise, 7, whom she adopted — “loved” the big day: “They were actually very happy.”

Issa Rae is still rooting for black people to win at Emmys

Are Julie Chen's talk show days over?
Julie Chen‘s decision to sign off of last Thursday’s Big Brother with a not-so-subtle declaration of support for her disgraced husband Les Moonves is going to make it next to impossible for her to resume her day job on CBS’ The Talk, per multiple insiders (not to mention one of Chen’s daytime rivals). “I think it’s going to be hard for her to go back to The Talk,” said The View‘s Joy Behar on Friday’s show. “What topics can they do? 'Grimm' alum cast as Lois Lane on CW's 'Arrowverse' crossover
"Grimm" alum Elizabeth Tulloch has been cast as Lois Lane in The CW's annual "Arrowverse" crossover event. Last month, it was revealed the intrepid Daily Planet reporter would make her debut during the network's annual event this December. "We couldn't be more excited to introduce Lois Lane to the Arrowverse," said "Supergirl" Executive Producers Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner in a statement provided to TheWrap at the time. "This dogged, determined and brave reporter will make for a strong partner to Superman and amazing addition to our universe of DC characters." Also read: The CW's 'Arrowverse' Crossover Will Introduce Lois Lane, Bring Back Tyler Hoechlin's Superman The crossover will serve as the introduction of Ruby Rose's out Batwoman and the return of Tyler Hoechlin, who will reprise his role as Superman for all three episodes of the three-night event, which begins Dec. 9. Hoechlin's Superman, the cousin of Melissa Benoit's Supergirl, appeared in a few episodes during "Supergirl's" second season. This will be the first time that The CW's version of The Man of Steel will share the screen with his "Arrowverse" counterparts The Flash and Arrow. And unlike their big screen brethren, we're pretty sure Hoechlin won't have to have a mustache CGI'd out. The event will cause a few shakeups to the network's regular schedule. "The Flash," which usually airs on Tuesdays, will kick off the three-night crossover on Sunday, Dec. 9, followed by "Arrow" on its regular Monday night and then "Supergirl," which will air on Sundays this season, in a special slot on Tuesday. Also read: The CW Casts Ruby Rose as Its Batwoman Tulloch starred on "Grimm" for the NBC drama's six-season run. Her other TV credits include "Quarterlife," "Portlandia," "House M.D.," and "The West Wing." On the silver screen she's appeared in "Concussion' opposite Will Smith and Alec Baldwin, "Parkland" opposite Paul Giamatti and Billy Bob Thornton, and the Academy Award-winning silent film, "The Artist" with Jean Dujardin.

Married at First Sight's Mia Bally files for divorce from Tristan Thompson
Calling it quits. Married at First Sight star Mia Bally has filed for divorce from Tristan Thompson, Us Weekly can confirm. ‘Married at First Sight’ Season 7 Couples: Meet the Newlyweds The tumultuous twosome’s relationship began with a rough patch as Bally, 30, was detained at the airport in July while she and Thompson, 29, were en route to their honeymoon. While Bally, an airline recruiter, has maintained that her arrest was a misunderstanding, Thompson, a former basketball player, expressed concerns. “I’m sitting here not knowing who I just married,” he said on the July 24 episode. “This is a serious test of my faith.” Celebrity Splits of 2018 Even so, Thompson noted that he’s “overwhelmed with emotion” that Bally returned home safely after her charges were dropped. However, Thompson seemed to backtrack during the July 31 episode. “To me, marriage should be built on trust and honesty. If you have that, I believe there’s no problem you can’t handle.” Most Tumultuous Relationships in Reality TV History But the couple faced even more obstacles during their brief marriage. Thompson caught Bally on a dating app during the August 21 episode. “I don’t know you. I don’t trust you,” he told Bally after a friend informed him about her profile. “There’s a cloud that’s hovering around that’s stopping me from falling in love with you.” However, Bally insisted that the profile was outdated and she deleted the app long ago. “I didn’t get Married at First Sight to be with someone who doesn’t trust me,” she quipped back. Although the pair seemed to reconcile on the August 28 episode, tensions continued brewing. Married at First Sight airs on Lifetime Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET.

Nikki Bella on ex-fiance John Cena: We'll 'always be good friends'
Amicable exes! Nikki Bella and John Cena are on good terms after ending their engagement. “I think John and I will always be good friends,” Bella, 43, exclusively revealed during Us Weekly’s Most Stylish New Yorkers bash on Wednesday, September 12. “We just have such a great relationship.” John Cena and Nikki Bella: A Timeline of Their Relationship Bella, who was with Cena for six years before the professional wrestlers called it quits in April, is still adapting to her newfound single status. “It’s kind of boring in the dating life, but other than that, it’s been a lot of fun,” she dished. “I’ve just been busy working and I just love everything that [my sister Brie Bella ] and I are up to. It’s just been a lot of fun.” Everything John Cena and Nikki Bella Have Said About Their Broken Engagement But the Total Bellas star isn’t exactly ready to move on from the Blockers actor, 41, and hasn’t started seeing other people yet. “Gosh, I’m pretty lame. Usually the person that I date at night is Netflix and my black licorice,” she teased. “They’re very satisfying.” Although Bella and Cena tried to repair their romance since breaking up, the duo split for good in July. “After much time and soul-searching alone, and together, we have decided to officially part ways,” Bella said in a statement to Us at the time. “I had a beautiful and loving six-year relationship with a wonderful man. I have the utmost respect for John, but I know this is what’s best for me.” Days later, the Trainwreck actor shared a cryptic message via Twitter. “Learn to trust people, good and bad can come of this, but the more you trust the more you get to know people for who they really are,” he wrote. Bella and Cena got engaged at 2017’s Wrestelmania 33, five years after they started dating. Cena was previously married to Elizabeth Huberdeau from 2009 to 2012, while the Total Divas personality was married to her high school sweetheart who she never publicly identified.

'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' teaser will give fans nightmares
Sabrina the Teenage Witch has undergone a massively creepy makeover. The first teaser for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has arrived, and it is scary enough to give anyone nightmares. Netflix’s ‘Sabrina’ Reboot Cast vs. Original ‘Teenage Witch’ Sitcom A haunting voice is heard singing “Happy Birthday” throughout the one-minute teaser. In the clip, viewers can see the first glimpses of Spellman Mortuary, the town of Greendale, Sabrina’s school and more. The title character locks lips with Harvey in the hallway and blows out the candles on her birthday cake with a grin as a group of mysterious people and creatures serenade her before disappearing. Magic also plays a large role in the teaser, as someone can be seen performing a spell on Sabrina as she lies in a circle made up of candles and a group of witches join forces to practice witchcraft amid a pentagram. Fall 2018 Preview: Go Inside the Season’s Must-Watch TV Shows One of the most beloved characters from the Sabrina universe, Salem, makes a brief appearance at the end of the teaser, too. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina stars Kiernan Shipka as Sabrina Spellman, Ross Lynch as Harvey Kinkle, Lucy Davis as Hilda Spellman and Miranda Otto as Zelda Spellman. The Netflix series hails from Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who is the executive producer of Riverdale , The CW’s dark take on Archie Comics. TV Reboots and Revivals Lynch, 22, knew the show would surprise viewers. “It’s not what you’re expecting,” the Austin & Ally alum told Us Weekly in our Fall TV preview . “I’m really excited, more than anything, to just shock people with the darkness of the show.” The couple at the center of the series also teased Harvey and Sabrina’s connection. “They’re so in love, it’s electric,” Lynch told Us, while Shipka, 18, added: “It’s so sweet and beautiful and pure. Their love for each other is really honest.” Netflix, which compared the series to Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, released the following statement about Chilling Adventures of Sabrina when Shipka was cast in January: “An empowered young woman, half-human, half-witch, Sabrina is just beginning her dark education as a sorceress, even as she tries to maintain a normal life as a sophomore at Baxter High. She is smart, compassionate and brave and helps keep the darkness out of the everyday world.” Chilling Adventures of Sabrina premieres on Netflix Friday, October 26.

It was very unexpected.” Celebrity Babies of 2018 Lowell, 26, and Baltierra, also 26, are parents of 3-year-old daughter, Novalee. The middle-school sweethearts, who tied the knot in August 2015, placed their eldest daughter, Carly, now 9, for adoption in 2009. The ups and downs of their open adoption are documented on the hit MTV docuseries. The MTV personality previously announced she was pregnant on a January episode of Teen Mom OG. The couple, however, revealed during the February 26 episode of the show that Lowell had a miscarriage . Lowell, who had battled with postpartum depression after giving birth to Novalee in 2015, entered treatment again in January after the miscarriage because she was having suicidal thoughts. Teen Mom OG’s Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s Wedding Album! Lowell and Baltierra also fought back against split rumors earlier this year . After the Conquering Chaos author changed her Instagram name from “Catelynn Baltierra” to “Catelynn Lowell” in May, fans started to wonder if the duo had called it quits. Lowell exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that there was no truth to the divorce rumors. “Tyler and I are not getting a divorce. Couples go through ups and downs. That’s normal life,” she said in a statement to Us on May 15. “We are a solid couple that will work through anything life throws at us.” Teen Mom OG returns to MTV on Monday, October 1.
