Wyaldra Shire was a former local government area in New South Wales, Australia.
Wyaldra Shire was located in the vicinity of Gulgong, and named after Wyaldra Creek, a tributary of the Cudgegong River draining the area north and north-east of Gulgong. The shire was established in 1906, when local government was extended to previously unincorporated areas of New South Wales, except the far west.
Wyaldra Shire was abolished by amalgamation with the Gulgong Municipality in 1941 and subsequently through further amalgamations, the area became part of the Mid-Western Regional Council, now based in Mudgee.
The offices of the shire, constructed in 1910, still exist in Gulgong.
