某天突然想到越南米卷,它不错吃之余还很低脂,最适合减肥的人吃了。





Ingredient and Portion






Rice Papers / 米纸
Shredded Cucumber / 黄瓜丝
Shredded Carrot / 萝卜丝
Vermicelli / 米粉
Lettuce / 生菜
Parsley / 香菜
Shrimps / 虾






Seasoning:

Thai style Chilli / 泰式辣椒
Chilli Pepper / 小辣椒
Vinegar / 醋
Fish Sauce / 鱼露
Sugar / 糖
Lemon Juice / 柠檬汁






  1. Prepare the Vietnam rice papers 准备越南米卷的米纸;



   2. Prepare shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, cooked vermicelli, lettuce, parsley and shrimps.
       准备黄瓜丝,萝卜丝,米粉,生菜,香菜,虾;

   3. Wet the rice paper with warm water(don't over wet it). 把米纸浸在温水里 (一下下就好,大概20-30秒左右);

   4. Place the wet rice paper on a plate. 泡过温水的米纸会变软, 把它摊开铺平;

   5. Place all the ingredient (step 2) on the rice paper and roll it. 再把食材一样一样放在米纸上, 然后好像卷春卷那样卷           起来即可。
