物質依賴(英语:Substance dependence)或稱藥物成癮(drug addiction),指需要服用藥物才能使日常生活表現正常的強迫行為。出現物質依賴狀況後,若突然停止服用藥物,可能出現藥物戒斷症狀。物質依賴是物質使用疾患的一種,為物質濫用的進一步發展。
許多原本用於醫學用途的藥物可能造成物質依賴現象;若是被法律管制的藥物,在中文語境中被稱為毒品。
