蜜酱烤鸡胸

材料


"鸡胸肉 2块/1块约180g","盐 1小匙","水 100cc","蜂蜜 1大匙","酱油 1小匙",



做法





  1. 1:将鸡胸肉从中片开(勿切断),摊开后放入密封盒中,倒入调匀的盐水,醃渍至少2小时







  2. 2:取出鸡胸肉(不用冲或擦干),将蜂蜜与酱油调匀后,厚厚的抹在肉的两面







  3. 3:烤盘铺上揉皱的铝箔纸,放上鸡胸肉,放入预热好的烤箱中,180度烤8分钟

    4:取出后鸡肉还呈半熟,再刷上一层蜜酱,再烤5分钟







  5. 5:再用余温闷2~3分钟即可
