材料


"泡菜 适量","猪小里肌肉 少量","洋葱 1/4颗"



做法





  1. 1: 1/4颗的洋葱先切好(大片),锅子只需要加一点点油即可,热锅后先拌炒洋葱。可加一点点水闷熟。







  2. 2: 接着加入切好的里肌肉(脂肪较低,也可用鸡胸代替),一样拌炒闷熟。

  3. 3: 最后才加入泡菜,拌炒均匀就可以起锅了!
